You are solely responsible for using Content, including images, graphics, text, or other materials, in conjunction with your products. You agree not to incorporate any text, image, design, trademark, service mark, or copyrighted work of any third party into your products unless you have obtained the necessary authorizations from the owners. You warrant that your products do not infringe upon any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, right of publicity or privacy, and will not defame or libel any third party. Additionally, you confirm that you possess all required rights or permissions to include third-party material in your products. By placing an order on this Site, you warrant that you have the necessary permissions, rights, and authority to do so, and you authorize Phoenixcustomboxes.com to produce the products on your behalf.


You are solely responsible for any Content, such as information, data, text, photographs, graphics, messages, or other materials, that you send, upload, post, or transmit via the website. You agree to adhere to all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content. You also agree not to upload, post, or transmit any Content that contains indecent or unlawful material or infringes upon the intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights of Phoenix Custom Boxes or any third party. Phoenix Custom Boxes does not control the Content posted by customers and does not guarantee its accuracy, integrity, or quality. Under no circumstances will Phoenix Custom Boxes be liable to you for any offensive, indecent, or objectionable Content you may encounter. You are responsible for protecting your password and controlling access to your registered account. You acknowledge that any orders or actions taken through your registered account are your responsibility. By ordering a print item using your password or granting access to someone else, you grant Phoenix Custom Boxes a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, sublicense, modify, adapt, publish, display, and create derivative works from the Content on the website and the printed product, for the purpose of storing designs or processing print orders. Phoenix Custom Boxes and its designees retain the right (but not the obligation) to remove any Content that violates the terms of service or is deemed objectionable. Phoenix Custom Boxes may preserve and disclose Content if required by law or if such disclosure is necessary to comply with legal processes, enforce the terms of service, respond to claims of third-party rights infringement, or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Phoenix Custom Boxes, its users, and the public.


Phoenix Custom Boxes will only provide design files at 72 DPI (low resolution). If you require higher resolution design files, please contact support@phoenixcustomboxes.com for a quote.


All artwork, designs, and images must be provided in CMYK format and have a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. Phoenix Custom Boxes is not responsible for any color changes resulting from conversions from RGB to CMYK color modes. Additionally, Phoenix Custom Boxes is not liable for any fuzzy, distorted, or pixelated images that result from customer-provided artwork.


All print jobs require customer approval of the final artwork and job specification sheet. After placing an order, customers will receive final artwork proofs and a job specification sheet via email. It is the customer's responsibility to review all details, including delivery dates and production speed, mentioned in the specification sheet, and confirm that all requirements have been accurately noted. Phoenix Custom Boxes is not liable for any specifications and requirements beyond what is stated in the final specification sheet. Customers are also responsible for thoroughly reviewing the final artwork proof, as proofreading is their responsibility. Any design or spelling issues not identified by the customer and communicated to Phoenix Custom Boxes immediately will not be the responsibility of Phoenix Custom Boxes. The design file and job specifications will be forwarded to the production department and printed upon approval. Phoenix Custom Boxes is not liable for color matching or ink density on screen proofs approved by customers. Screen proofs predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion and placement, but not color or density. Phoenix Custom Boxes will make an effort to match the gradient density of each color in duotone. However, Phoenix Custom Boxes is not liable for the final appearance of a duotone unless the customer orders a color match proof. Furthermore, the application of lamination may affect or alter the appearance of printed colors, and Phoenix Custom Boxes is not liable for the final color appearance of laminated products.


Please be aware that the paper/card stock used for printing our products is not food-grade. If you have specific food-grade requirements for the paper stock, please inform us in writing before placing your order.


Phoenix Custom Boxes is NOT LIABLE for errors in printed products caused by the following: graphics orientation or placement, incorrect font usage, spelling, grammatical and punctuation errors, wrong die cuts, slits, incorrect and missing folds, or finished product size.


Phoenix Custom Boxes will reproduce colors from submitted print-ready files as closely as possible. However, color matching and density cannot be guaranteed due to limitations in the printing processes, various properties of different printing surfaces, and ink requirements for neighboring images. The accuracy of color reproductions is guaranteed to be within 90% of the final proof approved by the customer. Please note that color variations may occur between submitted print-ready images and the actual printed artwork or product they represent. To guarantee color reproduction for print-ready files, customers can order a hardcopy proof for an additional charge. Phoenix Custom Boxes is not responsible for any color variations that may arise.


You agree to indemnify and defend Phoenix Custom Boxes, its licensors, suppliers, or vendors, as well as their directors, officers, and employees, against any claims, liability, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and expenses) arising from (i) your breach of these Terms and Conditions, or (ii) any suit, claim, or demand arising from or relating to any text, photograph, image, graphic, or other material you incorporated into the products that was not part of the standard Site Content.


Phoenix Custom Boxes will cancel orders before printing and shipping. However, once an ordered item has been shipped, it cannot be revoked. Orders may be cancelable during various production stages, but cancellation charges will apply. The Customer Service Team will inform you of any cancellation charges.

All orders can be canceled before Stage 2. If an order is canceled in Stage 1, you will be charged $15 plus 5% of the total amount to cover payment processing, bank charges, and design department fees. For orders canceled in Stage 2, a minimum of 20% of the total order amount will be deducted as cancellation fees to cover design department charges. After an order enters Stage 3, cancellation is still possible, but a minimum of 50% of the total order amount will be deducted to cover expenses. Once an order reaches Stage 4, it cannot be canceled.


Once an order for design services has been successfully placed, no refunds will be issued.


As all orders are unique, all sales are final. Phoenix Custom Boxes will only reprint orders if an error on their part is verified. No refunds or credits will be issued.


Customers must notify Phoenix Custom Boxes within 3 business days of order delivery if they discover any defects, damage, or missing items in the delivered products. Claims for defects, damage, or missing items not filed within 3 business days of the delivery date will not be considered. To receive replacement products, customers must return (at their own expense) at least 99% of the received product within 10 days of the initial order delivery date. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from Phoenix Custom Boxes. Any charges related to expedited printing (rush printing or shipping) are non-refundable, including those for orders returned for any reason.


Phoenix Custom Boxes offers the following production options when placing an order:


Free ground shipping within the 48 contiguous states. Usually ships within 10 to 14 business days after final proof approval. Shipping time for Standard Service is not guaranteed.

PRIORITY – Guaranteed to ship within 8 business days:

Free ground shipping included within the 48 contiguous states. Products will be shipped within 8 business days after final proof approval.

EXPRESS – Guaranteed to ship within 6 business days:

Free ground shipping included within the 48 contiguous states. Products will be shipped within 6 business days after final proof approval.
In all cases, final proof approval must be received by 11:00 AM EST; otherwise, one business day will be added to the shipping times. Phoenix Custom Boxes will make every effort to print and ship orders in a timely manner. However, Phoenix Custom Boxes will not be liable for any consequences or damages resulting from delays in the production, shipping, or delivery of ordered products. Phoenix Custom Boxes customers agree not to hold the company liable for any delays caused by technical issues, weather conditions, shipping company delays, international customs issues, or any other circumstances beyond Phoenix Custom Boxes' direct control. Shipment and delivery dates provided by Phoenix Custom Boxes are estimates based on supplier estimates and recent order history. Phoenix Custom Boxes will make every effort to meet delivery schedules but cannot guarantee them. Unexpected equipment failure, malfunctions, or technical problems may cause delays in printing or shipping processes. In the event of such delays, rush charges or expedited fees will be refunded or waived where applicable. Orders cannot be canceled due to delays in printing or shipping processes. Customers are responsible for paying all customs duties and fees for goods shipped to their locations and must make arrangements to clear customs for shipments delivered outside the United States.

Customers are responsible for inspecting all packages for any visible signs of damage or missing items (compared to the items listed on enclosed packaging slips or invoices) before accepting delivery. In case of damage or missing items, customers should immediately notify Phoenix Custom Boxes and the delivery courier. Claims for damage or missing items must be filed by the customer within 3 business days of order delivery. Phoenix Custom Boxes will not be responsible for any damage or missing items claims filed after this period. Phoenix Custom Boxes is not liable for third-party shipping errors, omissions, or damaged shipments. Each ordered product is typically shipped with a few extra pieces free of charge. Occasionally, an order shipment may have slightly fewer pieces than ordered. Printing trade standards allow for underages or overages of up to 5%. Therefore, if an exact quantity is required, it is recommended that customers order 10% more than the required amount. Additional shipping and handling charges will be applied to packages that need to be reshipped due to customer errors in submitting the proper shipping address.


The Site and its Content are provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You acknowledge that the operation of the Site may not be uninterrupted or error-free. References and links to products or services of independent companies may appear on the Site. These references and links are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.


In no event shall Phoenix Custom Boxes, its licensors, suppliers, vendors, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, or for any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data, or profits, whether or not Phoenix Custom Boxes has been advised of the possibility of damage, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the Site or the failure to provide products or services ordered from Phoenix Custom Boxes or its affiliates. This includes damages arising from mistakes, omissions, viruses, delays, or interruptions of service. Phoenix Custom Boxes will not be held liable or responsible for any damages or consequences arising from your inappropriate or unauthorized use of this Site or its Content.
